Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zubryiz Athletic Wear.

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase/delivery, given that it’s in its original condition and with tags attached. After 30 days, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required. Sale items are eligible for Exchange Only.

The Return Process

1. Email us at Bekipsang@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.

2. Send returns to 20550 Frontier Avenue, 73045, Harrah, OK. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

4. Approved exchanges are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
